What methods of payment are accepted?
To pay for your order, we accept European VISA or MASTERCARD debit / credit cards, UK debit / credit card, US debit / credit card. Blue cards outside European Union, e-card, Paypal or any other electronic payment service are not accepted by our platform. If you do not have this method of payment or prefer to pay through wire transfer, please contact us at email@example.com to find a solution.
Am I able to cancel my order?
If you realize that you made a mistake while selecting the size or just change your mind before the print has been shipped, you can ask us to cancel your order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund you directly on your payment card in the next 3 days. If the parcel has already been shipped, please see below our return policy.
What happens if I have a problem with my order?
99% of our orders are delivered without any issue. However, should you encounter any difficulty when receiving the print, you just have to contact us by email at email@example.com.
We suggest you to proceed with the opening of the parcel in front of the deliverer or carrier and refuse the parcel if it’s damaged. If you cannot open the parcel in front of the deliverer and found it damaged within 48 hours after the delivery, you just have to send us an firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damaged print + the package including the delivery address. We will then send you a new parcel in the following week.
If the print delivered did not match with your order (wrong image, size or mounting), you can send us an email to email@example.com within the same time frame (48h), and attach pictures showing that the print delivered is not what you ordered. We will indicate you the return procedures, except if both parties agree on a compensation.
Am I able to return a print?
We do our best to provide you with complete satisfaction. However, if you wish, you can return your order to us for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. All you have to do is send us back the photograph according to the terms and conditions we will communicate to you. Once the photograph has been received, and provided that it is in perfect condition, you will be refunded the amount of your order. However, you will still have to pay the costs of returning the print.
The reimbursement of the Buyer will be made within 14 days after reception of the artwork, and checking of its perfect condition.
Can I have the invoice?
The invoice will be automatically added in your customer account 14 days after your order.
Do you offer discounts for corporate and interior designers?
Yes, we offer discounts for orders above 2.000$. You just have to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the list of pictures you would like to buy and we will answer with our proposal within 24 hours.
